The Rialto® automation system is offered as a hosted Software Service (SaaS) to VoIP providers that have invested in their own BroadWorks platform and have greater than 50,000 subscriber lines. Managed by Adaption, Rialto® integrates with your existing BroadWorks platforms and provides order entry and management, activation, billing and a web enabled dashboard that streamlines the users experience. If necessary, Integration with legacy systems is provided as a professional service.
