Zero-Touch Intelligent Device Configuration
Rialto® FossaTM is a true zero-touch configuration tool for deployment of business-class SIP phones, including support for advanced VoIP features such as Shared Call Appearance (Executive/Assistant phones), multi-line devices, etc. Devices are shipped to end user locations directly from a distributor, and once connected to the LAN, acquire up-to-date firmware and user specific configuration settings, without any manual intervention. Existing devices are also supported, enabling customers to leverage existing equipment.
Combined with intuitive and easy to use browser-based applications, Rialto® FossaTM supports the entire service lifecycle, allowing end-users to perform device assignments, substitutions, and upgrades by themselves.
